"Guided tours start every 30 minutes which is highly recommended in order to see most of the house. The group size is limited to 8 due to the size of the rooms the tour takes place. Overall very interesting experience. After the tour, you might walk away with a much different view on how the Olmsted architectural firm shaped the public life in the US."

Chris Karl

"A wonderful National Historic Site! We learned so much about the man and the ways his firm has shaped American outdoor spaces. The tour of the workshop was amazing for the details of technology at the time. You'll learn how blueprints are made, and get a sense of what document storage was like before computers. Outside, is the "shortest hike in the National Parks," a walk through the restored landscaping. The rangers were friendly and knowledgeable, led great tours and we thoroughly enjoyed it. You also can't beat free admission. We spent about an hour there."
