"I want to compliment Sean for his maintenance work on my unit yesterday. He was polite & friendly. He efficiently fixed my sink quickly. Sean has done other repairs for me over the past 4 years I've lived here (as have others) but Sean stands out compared to the others. All my experiences with him have been helpful & pleasant. His work quality is excellent & he actually takes the time to listen to my concerns & experiences with the issue respectfully before doing the repair.
As well, last winter, when he saw me shoveling my driveway, he pulled up, pushed the deep snow at the end of my driveway with his plow, waved, & drove on. It was very thoughtful & kind of him to take this couple of minutes to help me - this is the type of person you want to have in your home for repairs! Thank you Sean."

The office staff are friendly, the maintenance crew is amazing and prompt, especially Sean, and the neighbors I have are wonderful and very pleasant. Any issues I have had were addressed in a timely manner.
I will say that some of the common areas could be cleaned and spruced up a bit such as the mailbox areas, basketball courts and playgrounds."
