I worked with Mr. Scott primarily. Mr.Scott was very helpful during the passing of my loved one. He walked me through the entire process making a difficult process easier. He was very professional, patient, flexible and caring.
Mr. Paul was nice, helpful and professional whenever I talked to him.
Thank you to all of three of you for your professionalism, your integrity, your patience, your empathy and guidance during this time. I could not have received better care I already moved forward and paid for my resting place next to my family because of these men and the professional and care they bestowed upon me. "It's been 8 months since my father's death. He still doesn't have a gravestone placed. It was very upsetting to see no gravestone on his burial site on father's day. How do you justify that? Initially, the excuse was that they were taking too long at the engraving place, that was about 7 months ago. Now they have the stone but don't have the time to place it since there are funerals going on. Paul, you either need to switch your vendor team for stone engraving or hire more people. I can't express how upsetting it is not just to the children but the wife as well. And we have to answer his grandchildren why everybody has a gravestone and he doesn't. We see people just stepping over the burial site because they don't know there is a body down there, I guess you just don't understand the pain. I don't like writing reviews which can destroy a private business but we have reached our patience. And can only let others know, what they are stepping into."

"I would never bury a loved one here! What a disrespectful place! Don’t bury your love one here. We were in the middle of a burial of our loved one and we were asked to leave. 40 plus cars and asked to leave while the priest was still giving his ceremony. INTeRRUPTiNG our service. We were not giving a chance to say our goodbyes, we were asked to LEAVE. The employees said they had another funeral am coming in. They have no problem taking your money BUT they have also have no problem telling you to leave during the middle of SERVICE. They took the chairs and tents. I would DARE the owners to respond to this. Shame on you. May you never have to bury a loved one and go through this. I will make sure everyone knows this, so disgusting and shame shame on you . 100 plus people grieving a loved one YOU BROADLAWN, did each and everyone wrong. May GOD forgive you. This world does a full circle. Selfish, greedy and inconsiderate. No shame, you are greedy and HEARTLESS."
