"There’s 80 units. Two pools. Some garages the rest carports. The notion this is, “dated” is laughable. This complex was built in the 1960s . The units actually have a large patio included. In a condo you normally get a balcony (if that) these days. Most people only share one wall. One level, you’re not stuck in like a hamster in an apartment building. There’s actually grounds that you can walk through with flowers and trees. Sloping landscape with mountain view. Yes, it is “dated.” Thank God. The quality of life in 1960 was much better than now. There’s no more crime here than anywhere else in Camarillo."

Also, they should convert all of the carports to garages as some have done. Friends there have had car break ins which is rare for Camarillo."
