What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the impeccably maintained sports fields and the peaceful, scenic 2-mile walking path. The abundance of wildlife and the tranquil atmosphere, especially on weekdays, are frequently praised. However, parking can be a challenge during peak sports seasons, and some fields may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
"Walking the path is relaxing. It's 2 miles around and sits up high away from the soccer fields. It's perfect! got a visit from a rabbit. The soccer field is amazingly groomed!"
Joy Stevens
"Although this vast park is for sports I found if you come during a weekday it is so peaceful. I finished my book admiring the majestic mountains in the distance. I saw birds, dragonflies, butterflies, rabbits, lizards, and even a falcon. Honestly, I was so relaxed the freeway noise didn't even phase me. I noticed many people during the day walking & exercising. One trip around the property was 1.35 miles and I did notice a super long paved pathway that will be great when I return to skate. Thanks Camarillo!"

"Love this field. It's my home field, and probably one of the best within a 50 mile radius. The field is very well maintained. No potholes, gopher holes, dirt patches, or absurd amounts of weeds.
Unfortunately the field is under care or unusable for like 1/4 out of the year. I guess it's the cost of having such well maintained fields
Great for tournaments, but parking can get cramped so if you're coming for games, especially in AYSO season, I recommend making sure u find parking before games."
