"I stayed at Cliff Castle Hotel on October 7, 2025, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The room I was given was not clean and infested with bed bugs. I woke up with multiple bites and clear signs that the room had not been properly inspected or sanitized.
This is completely unacceptable for any guest, especially at a property that promotes itself as a family-friendly destination. I expected a safe, clean environment, but instead left with painful bites and frustration.
I’m writing this review not to be rude, but to urge management to take immediate action inspect and treat those rooms, replace the bedding, and ensure guests are protected from this kind of neglect.
I truly hope this issue is addressed quickly so no one else has to go through what I did."

"Must do valet parking here. These guys are awesome especially Rick. I felt like we made a friend right from the start. He helped us take our stuff to our room while he told us places around the casino to go visit. Just a great person and always helped us. We also had a great experience with a bartender here named Tracey who claims has been working there for a long time. She took good care of us to. Overall, most of the staff was friendly. Casino and bathrooms are very clean. They do need to work on improving the restaurants here for sure."

stepped up and made it happen—no hassle, no runaround.
Within minutes, she had everything sorted, and I was
set for the show. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but that kind of personal attention really makes a difference.
It’s nice knowing there’s someone at the casino who cares and makes you feel like more than just another player. Super thankful and definitely appreciate Diane's help.
