"This hotel is just 5 minutes from downtown, and a few steps from the ocean and river. We loved room 131. 2 bedrooms (one is very small), and a bed in the living room. A full kitchen including stove, fridge, and microwave. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. It also has a nice balcony looking towards the ocean.
The reason I only gave the room 4 stars is the full kitchen only has 4 cups, and 4 coffee mugs. NO plates, bowls, a pot or pan, NO silverware. A kitchen is pretty useless without a few dishes."

"I booked one room for myself and my wife. When I arrived to check in the lady Kerri at the front desk was VERY rude and unprofessional. She was unable to help with most of the questions I had and is very incompetent. I loved the location but the front desk person Kerri ruined my experience. I do not recommend."

"Stayed in room 130 in April 2025 and it was wonderful. There was no smell that I read about in other posts and the space was out of this world. Two bedrooms, one with a full size bed, the other with a full size, but the main area was a bit strange, but it maximizes the Ocean View. In the living room you have your coach, desk and lamps, but what is great is you also have a full size bed and the coach pulls out for more sleeping room.
The location is to die for, walking distance to about six types of food and fun shopping. You are close to a small market for groceries, an ice cream shop, Pizza, tacos, Thai Food and the iconic beach just steps away.
Parking is tight, but a blessing. Believe me the $20 for parking here is a bargain, and you don't have to worry about your car. One thing about parking is that the spaces are tight, so be careful.
Bring your own dishes, or just eat at the many restaurants.....that is easiest...you are on vacation after all.
We will be back. Oh and the price is fair for what you get...this was not my everyday stay."
