"A nicely groomed trail system of approx 100 miles, some of which include shared trails with bikes, snowshoe walkers and dogs. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. If you've never tried it before, I highly recommend a lesson. You can also rent equipment (in good shape) as well as tubs for snow tubing down a small hill. There is a small equipment shop, a fireplace, and complementary hot chocolate/coffee/tea. The lunch is wrapped sandwiches and salads."

"Phenomenal ski day on Dec 1st. What an early season treat for me! Perfect weather just below freezing, with sunshine, and beautiful powdery snow from the Thanksgiving evening storm last week. The trails here are always a pleasure with the woods, Ammonoosuc River, and streams, all set against the backdrop of stunning Mt. Washington and the Presidential Range. Thank you Nordic Center!"

"We were delighted to see the Bretton Woods Nordic Ski Center and the All New Rosewood Lodge at the Summit completed and open for a lovely Summer Summit Dining experience! We hiked Rosewood several times during COVID and witnessed this new venue going up. On our last hike when the building had finally been completed, we wondered what the finished experience would be like! Well, It is wonderful and nicely upscale! The brand new express Gondola to the Summit was so great for a special family experience since each Gondola accommodates 8 people, and although pricey at 25$ per person, we were very glad to take it up to the Summit for a special Bday lunch! The staff were all very professional and caring. Kevin in particular is a great ambassador for the Omni Brand, with excellent manners and a cheerful disposition! ~Your sojourn there will not disappoint!!
They have hired spot on cooks and waitstaff at the restaurant. There is a good wine offering and pleasant outside dining with the gorgeous views of the iconic Mt Washington Hotel and surrounding valley! The interior dining is also well appointed, with comfortable upholstered dining chairs. We were fortunate to get the outdoor seating for the views! The food was creative and satisfying. We had the delicious grilled Turkey sandwich on amazing pumpernickel/wheat swirl bread perfectly toasted with Russian dressing, we had the chicken tortilla soup, we had the gazpacho, we had the classic burger on a brioche(super delicious) and we had the poutine and gravy (gravy a tad salty, but still flavorful)! Yes, ALL delicious!! And the strawberry shortcake, with a slightly salty homemade biscuit for dessert was perfection!
I surely hope the marketing works to keep this Chef cooking, and waitstaff humming! We noticed large corporate groups enjoying the food and scenery! Keep them coming, as the hum of laughter and clinking glasses made for a happy visit for us all!
~And if you are not needing a full scale meal, The Rosewood at the Summit has you covered with excellent light snacks, pastries, various bottled drinks, and delicious home baked chocolate chip cookies!!"
