"Truist is an absolute garbage company. I paid off a car loan and they refused to send me my car title. Numerous calls, constant automated menus and people who can’t speak English. The incompetence is simply unbelievable. The people I talked to couldn’t spell car title, I even asked one person if they had ever seen a car title and if they knew what type of information was on it, naturally they avoided my question and went back to their script. Spoke with two different “managers” and they were just as incompetent. The state even told me that they mailed the original title to Truist. Truist still could not find my title. I had to go back the state that I moved from to request a duplicate title, simply because everyone at Truist is incompetent. I will never do business with them again; I won’t even use one of their ATMs. I ended up filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and wow, they found my title and mailed it to me. I can’t stress the level of incompetence that exists with this company. If you don’t know how to process a car loan maybe you should stick to something else, maybe start up a lemonade stand, you will probably screw that up too."

"Not a good place for sightseeing

The inside of the building looks so beautiful but they won't let you walk around to look at anything. I had to walk out with nothing.

The photos are advertising the building as very nice looking and very good for sightseeing but they won't let you see the sights.

Update. I was just there today, Friday. There's a restaurant inside the building. It's called the apple basket or something like that. The restaurant was open. The building was open, when I try to make my way towards the restaurant, the security guard called out to me trying to tell me to stop. I simply ignored him and went into the restaurant. I was confronted inside that restaurant and told to leave. There were a lot of other people in that restaurant who were being allowed to be there but for some reason I had to leave. I had done nothing wrong. I just wanted to try the restaurant. I ended up being physically escorted out of the restaurant. I don't know what's going on at this place. Why are the doors are even unlocked if you're not going to let anybody do anything. They need to either take down all the decoration and shut down any restaurant and any business that anybody like me might want to try out, or they need to keep those doors locked if they're going to do crap like this. I wasn't doing anything to deserve this treatment. I was just there to eat."
