"I’ve seriously considered purchasing a property here over the past two months. The building itself is outstanding, from the top-tier amenities to the breathtaking views, it truly stands out.
However, the major barrier for me has been the HOA’s extremely strict rental restrictions. The requirement to join a rental waiting list with a backlog of over 5 years significantly limits flexibility , especially if life circumstances change unexpectedly.
While I understand the desire to maintain a sense of community, this policy feels unusually rigid. I would strongly reconsider purchasing here if this particular restriction were to be softened or removed."
