"This local air museum is a solid place to visit and a delight. The indoor spaces are the star with very well designed rooms devoted to the history of the Chico airfield, aviation art, aviation models, airmen gear and other features. The outdoor exhibits are nearby and and have labels for each aircraft in the exhibit. The indoor hanger, when I visited also had the doors open facing the airfield with chairs set up for watching the activities on the field including the CalFire airbase right next door and on my visit a firefighting helicopter contractor was staging right in front of the museum."

There is so much to see that your eyes will keep on moving and you'll learn random information that you might not have known. Thank you to all of those who gave us a tour, greeted us and gave us more information of the area."
