What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Belleair Causeway for its affordable parking, clean and fenced dog beach, and good fishing opportunities. It's considered a hidden gem offering great value and scenic views. Some minor concerns include potential gaps in the dog beach fence and the need for fishermen to be more diligent about cleaning up their gear.
"We loved this dog beach! Plenty of space to move around on this very clean and well maintained beach. It is completely fenced in, so no worrying about where your dog is running off to. My only feedback is the door to get on to the beach has large gaps on either side, allowing dogs to slip out of the door into the parking lot. Overall fantastic experience, we will be back!"

"Loved this little hidden gem. Open areas & secluded areas. I liked the secluded area I had with just me & my dog. He's not the social butterfly so for us it was perfect. I read all the reviews & chose this dog friendly beach & it was the closest for us anyway. Clean, $2.00 (maybe $3.00) parking for a whole 24 hrs, & nice views. No complaints here. We'll be back again for sure."

"The great place for fishing. They have a small Pier. they have a launch ramp for your boat, and parking. Parking is $2 per day. They have a small bait and tackle shop, with live bait. There's a small area on the beach for your dogs. You can even fish off of The Little Beach. Nice views"
