"I stayed at the Fort Harrison while I was volunteering in the community. Our crew helped a lot of people and by the end of the project we felt accomplished and proud of the work we did. The hotel made the whole experience even better.
They provide food, great accommodation, and even suggestions on where to visit while you're in Clearwater. One thing that stood out was how much they encouraged us to support the local downtown businesses. At one point my friend on the crew said we should just wait to get something when we were back in California, and one of the staff said, "You should totally get it from a local store." We looked at each other and said, "You know, we should totally do that." It ended up being the best decision.
When we were packed up and ready to head out, we asked for help and they brought a luggage cart right to our room. We had already pulled the car up to the front after grabbing some coffee, and they helped us load everything quickly and easily.
Thank you to the hotel staff for your assistance. We’ll definitely be back."
