"What a great place and such wonderful volunteers! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but there is a LOT preserved inside the buildings, and all from donations, I'm pretty sure. Especially all the textiles - quilts, dresses, clothes, tablecloths - it's very impressive for so much to be intact. And I love the player piano in the WWII building! I had to have someone show me how to turn it on, but it really works and you never see anything like that! Really a gem in a lovely and super friendly town. Only open on the weekends in the afternoons, but worth the effort to see. It's really impressive for a free museum (but donate what you can!)"

"The Clermont Historic Village Museum is like stepping back in time and seeing how life was from a different era. The staff and volunteers were all very friendly and informative about the area and local history, I grew up around this area and I learned many new things that I had never heard of before. Everything from the old homes and other buildings built were all fascinating, they even have a World War 2 memorial building with a lot of historical artifacts and information inside. I highly recommend visiting and learning about the local history. Also, it's family friendly and located in downtown Clermont, so you will have a great time exploring the city."
