Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise League Park and its Baseball Heritage Museum for its historical significance and well-preserved grounds. The knowledgeable staff and the opportunity to walk on the actual field where legends played are major highlights. While some mention tours can extend time, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive for baseball fans and history buffs alike.

"Historical League Park exceeded expectations. I’ve visited a handful of old ballpark sites and it’s always a tucked-away landmark sign next to an unrelated building. League Park is wonderfully preserved with a knowledgeable and caring staff and some interesting artifacts on display, including the most fascinating autographed ball I’ve ever seen. As a baseball fan, it’s incredible standing on the same field as Babe Ruth and Josh Gibson once stood (and it actually still looks and acts as a baseball field as opposed to Forbes in Pittsburgh or Borchert in Milwaukee). With the tour we spent a little more time here than we anticipated, so plan accordingly, but it was 1000% worth the stop on our first visit to Cleveland."

Justin Jabs

"League Park is a must for any fan of sports history! The accompanying Baseball Heritage Museum gives a wonderful look at the impactful history of the park. From Cy Cyoung throwing the first-ever pitch there to Babe Ruth hitting his 500th home run on the grounds, there is plenty to learn!"

Bill Hughes

"This is a must visit if you are a baseball fanatic like I am, very knowledgeable staff and they told me some facts that I never knew! This place is the REAL field of dreams, to be able to walk on the same field as Babe Ruth and Shoeless Joe Jackson once did was an honor and experience I won't forget!"
