"We were excited to see a great big mall with lots of shops and a great experience with our kids, but this was not the case. There were very little shops. We were uncomfortable from the time we got there to the time we left. I think people might be living in there. The amount of security and police made us feel like they certainly have a reason to be there. We paid for parking for a very uneasy feeling."

"Really great job by all the RTA people for the Eclipse. Trains were full but on time. Employees were cheerful and professional and really nice. Did I already say helpful?! We got downtown, and they gave free solar eclipse glasses, nice ones. We needed help with purchasing tickets and finding our way, but every employee was responding to help Miss Jacobs even walked us out to the stop for the free trolley on public square. Great experience. Cars are clean, people nice. Some very interesting art on the green line from Shaker like murals and colored rocks...fun."
