"This was my first time at this ferry terminal. I usually take Port Townsend. However I had just gotten off work early for once (1125am to be exact). Port Townsend ferry was packed until 415pm so I decided to take this other route. NEVER AGAIN. I was following my GPS, and saw a stop sign was coming up. I saw it and stopped and like any normal person, made a right turn. I was harassed by the lady behind me and the lady in front of me. I was unaware that I cut the line until I got to the toll booth. Again I saw no signs so that’s on me, and if the ladies would’ve told me there were signs and educated me I would’ve gladly gone back. Instead they both harassed me and were very aggressive to me. I get to the toll booth and all the toll booth workers yell at the older woman I’m with that I was the one who cut. And her demeanor changed and she became very rude and condescending. Older white woman with silver hair and really bad dollar tree eyeshadow. I explained to her I didn’t see any signs, I’ve never been here, and I apologized as well because I honestly had no idea she rolled her eyes but let me in anyways . The woman that were harassing me continued to harass me, and even an older man was trying to intimidate me. This terminal very chaotic, unprofessional and unorganized and I never felt more uncomfortable in a place ever in my life. I would rather go into cardiac arrest than go to this place again."
