"It has been fascinating to see this park sprout new life after the fires. The variety of wildflowers and plants is so enjoyable to appreciate along all the various paths and even singletrack throughout this always uncrowded park. Yet another best kept secret just 5 minutes from the Target on Union/Powers."

"Has changed a lot since I was a kid , and became a little commercialized and a lot of the land is private now . But has a cool playground for the kids , hiking trails , and would be a nice place to hold get togethers"
Gage Jolie
"Great park with bicycle paths - some of which double as hiking paths.
What I like best is there are many areas in this park which are very lightly used - even on the weekend. During the weekdays, this place is utterly fantastic to walk or ride bicycles.
Great views and great places for 50 or so people to enjoy a picnic. The bathrooms were out of commission the last time I visited and with only Portable potties, that's a bummer"
