"Very disappointing. I hadn’t been in years. Don’t make it downtown too often. I remember first moving to SC this was my place to come. I had my two nephews for a week. Age two and Three. It felt very unsafe. The homeless population has made this their home. Imaging trying keep up with a two and three year old running with this many homeless people around. The walk ways to the non-working Fountain were over rubbed with shrubs and trees. Outside of that trash and old cloths everywhere. And the Fountain must have been down for a long time, because under the fountain there is now a fire pit.
I hope that during peak season, it looks better than this! Maybe I caught it in off season."

"2 stars for layout and the potential view
No stars because there is sooo many homeless. I was approached by 3 guys asking to use my phone to find out where his brother is. Um no, not going to happen. There was packs of homeless people all over.
There is no fountain / waterfall, there is trash everywhere needs TLC on paths and steps (dangerous)
You don't see homeless ones in my pictures because I tried to hide the Debbie downer points."
