What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Wabash Station is lauded for its historic charm and its crucial role as a transit hub, connecting multiple CTA 'L' lines. Visitors appreciate the potential to ride vintage trains and the excellent photographic opportunities it provides for capturing Chicago's urban landscape. However, some find parking difficult and the station can become very crowded during peak times.
"Excellent Historic Station near downtown Columbia. All there bus routes arrive and merge at the same time so you can catch your connecting routes with ease and no delay. Most of the time because they us alternate routing with there bus 3 bus will rotate 6 routes. 1 bus for 2 routes always the same alternating routes. At 45 minute intervals so sometimes you have to wait for a bus to complete the alternate route before turning into the route you need. In that case a person will have to wait 45 minutes in a historic appearance inside the station or a comfortable setting outside we're the bus arrive and depart from. And the Columbia Transit System that offers the buses do so free of charge. 🐶"

"Good place to catch bus if you want to transit through any bus route at Columbia Missouri. There are plenty of spots to sit while waiting for the bus. All the bus routes are loop patern thus this is the only spot where you can change the bus to reach to or near to your destination. Frequency of the bus is mostly good, ranging from 45 min to 1 hour. Overall a nice place."

"I enjoyed my time here. The main station had a really cool old vibe to it. Not the easiest to find parking but there is plenty of space to sit and wait for the buses."
