"We did the zip line adventure around mid October. The weather was great at about 70 degrees. The reservations were a little complex online but it was expected considering the adventure excursion. There are no refunds but a voucher can be exchanged that can be used within twelve months. We were in a small group tour with a total of seven people. The staff guided us on the zip line tour and were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered questions and made it a very safe and enjoyable experience. There were four zip lines that took about two hours. I highly encourage to visit the restroom before going on the zip line as it is a long tour. The welcome center was also accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend it and would do it again. A++++"

"I came here with my husband to try the mountain coaster and the zipline tour and we really enjoyed both of them! The mountain coaster gives some thrills and it’s not super scary which I liked ❤️ and I also liked that the speed can be controlled (people can brake and accelerate as needed but always respecting safety standards as instructed) . I loved the ride through the woods . I recommend to book the zipline tour in advance as each of them can last up to two hours depending on how many people are in each tour , therefore you would risk to have a long waiting time if you stop by whenever a previous tour is in progress ! I would recommend this center for all ages , there were children and adults and I think it’s great experience to enjoy the nature and have fun at the same time . The staff is extremely competent , dynamic and I love their focus on safety, they are really attentive to each person and to ensure a great experience for everyone. Definitely recommended."
