"The hotel is so cute. It has a great bar that becomes the cafe. The courtyard allows you to sit outside and there are fire pits as well for those cooler evenings. The pool is separated which is genius in my opinion. The rooms are in a hallway with a hall way door that isolates from noise for a restful night. The lobby is so cute and nicely decorated for the season. I love the artwork throughout the hotel. Negatives…room wasn’t ready for the 4:00 check in, despite a text confirmation, but that just gave us some time to enjoy the courtyard. The steeped coffee and electric kettle are a cute idea, but taste terrible. Based on a king size bed, there should be two packets of coffee, not just one. There was one regular coffee, one decaf coffee, and one tea. I guess it didn’t matter that was only one once I tasted it."

"With taxes and fees the room was a tad over $300. We arrived at 3:30 and left at 7 the next morning. Check in was a piece of cake. Room was nice. Parking was tough but in the middle of "downtown"
Problems included 2 guests and one robe. We showered separately and shared. No hair dryer (REALLY?). The lights on either side of the bathroom mirror were 6 1/2 feet off the ground. My wife is 5'4" made it difficult to put on make up. The outside windows were filthy. Not what I expect for $300"

Not to mention they have one of the best bars in all of Covington, The Cypress Bar. Always a great time and the drinks are incredible. And you cannot forget about the amazing room service that completes your stay. I cannot wait to go back!"
