"The park is beautiful. However it advertises as having "Public Restrooms Available" on website, other than closure for "winter hours." It's not winter yet(November AND actually 68/ 70 degrees🌞 outside past several days.) The restrooms are locked IN THE middle of the day(2-4pm.) That's SUPER inconvenient for kids! That's SUPER inconvenient for elderly, and any trail walkers. We saw a park employee, and informed them we will be having a small party with a few kids & requested if restrooms could be open for 1 hour possibly? The reply was, " We turn them off for winter now, BUT there's lots of woods." So, if you need a restroom available, I'd find another park. ( 2 🌟 🌟 for that reason only.) There's no reason for a park with picnic tables,playground, grills,walking trails to have ZERO restroom access in 70 degree weather. Then, employees to deny use of just 1 restroom for ONE hour for several children."
