Best library for studying and AC
Sorry if this is the wrong flair :( My daughter needs to do some serious studying this weekend. Which library is spacious with lots of tables for studying and has good AC? Iβm not familiar with the libraries around here. Iβm in the South Bay.

Anyone been to most or all 23 of the San Jose Public Library Branches?
Just curious if anyone has visited most or all of the SJPL branches. Is there one that's cooler than the others and worth visiting? I've only ever been to three in my entire life. Hillview, which I live extremely close to, MLK Library when I attended SJSU briefly, and nowβ¦

Head to the second floor for a quieter study environment, away from the main children's area.
What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find the Cupertino Civic Center and Library to be a quiet and clean space with helpful staff and a good book selection, including foreign language materials. However, the HVAC system can make it uncomfortably warm, and parking can be a challenge. The children's area with its aquarium is a particular hit with families.
"No parking lot but somewhat easy street parking. Giving how rich a town Cupertino is, you would think their library would be incredible. It's fine, nicer than Redwood City library, not as nice as Los Altos, Portola Valley or Menlo Park libraries. Also the HVAc system here is terrible. Clearly I'm not the first person to feel this because there are large free standing fans everywhere. It's uncomfortably warm, and extremely crowded. The Quiet Study room is unbearably warm. Despite being packed, it is nice and quiet. As it is large, you can avoid hearing screaming kids by coming to the second floor. The librarians here are nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It's open later than most nearby libraries on Sundays which is nice. Also, the roof is constantly making a weird rumbling noise, maybe when the wind blows or something? Constantly weird sounds from above."

"Great infrastructure and good selection of books. It is very quiet and kept clean. Good atmosphere for learning and studies. I could spend tons of time here without boredom."

"Libraries are awesome. So many free and helpful resources beyond the wonderful gift of books and reading like free borrowing of material, computer use, community events and activities, learning programs, etc. This is one we checked out while around the area a while ago in the fall. There is a nice open front area in a quiet neighborhood area with a good selection of material including local history, a unique aquarium in the front and interactive details and signs. When we visited there was also a garden that was closed and renovations in progress to expand the area. Some areas are a bit dated and had a slight odor, but taking into consideration it's a public space as well."
