"I purchased a property in a region only Cloverland serviced, when trying to determine the cost to be set up with electricity, I was told I had to pay the membership fee and sign up just to get an estimate. The “estimate” I received was just a phone call from a staff member giving me a ballpark range that varied 10k (Yes 10 thousand dollars ) from high to low end. No one came out to view for the estimate , just some dude in an office that I had to pay to sign up for him to actually give me the quote. I chose to stay offgrid over dealing with these crappy Co-Ops."
