"This place was where it was at a year ago. Situated between Palmer and St. Ambrose. A lot of these pictures are from the Hilltop when Lumpy's Live Music and Stickman's still existed. While the building is still there, it is now been divided into 3 different venues. A restaurant, a tattoo parlor, and Fitness Center. This is where the QC famous "Progressive Friday's" took place. Some fantastic acts played and hung out here as well as the Creme of the Crop Festival of Bands.
In the mid-2000s they served Jake's 16 Ounce Caribou Lou's. He took ansimplenshot and turned it into an amazing drink. Many an I'm unsuspecting college kids were fooled by its silky smooth taste. They later had to limit them to only 2 per customer."
