Reviews Summary
Ford Field is widely praised as a fantastic venue with an electric atmosphere, especially during Detroit Lions games. Visitors appreciate its convenient downtown location, helpful staff, and the unique integration of historic architecture. However, the high cost of food and beverages is a recurring point of concern for many.
"Hard to beat our first experience to Ford Field. Stadium was fantastic. Entertainment was awesome. Didn’t hurt that the Lions put a beat down on the Bears. Everything was super expensive, but that was no surprise. Can’t wait to go back."
Tim Fekete
"Nice, indoor football stadium near downtown Detroit that hosts the Lions and other events. Plenty of parking is located nearby and there are attractions in the area too so it is in a good location. There are a lot of restaurants around so if you want to eat before or after going to the stadium, you will have plenty of choices in that regard. The walkability to and from the stadium is nice and it being surrounded by so many other options is a plus when you visit. Overall, it is a good venue."

"Ford Field is an epic venue for football and other events. We have been here several times, and once last year during a game, it hit 135 dB! Crazy. The Lions are fun to watch and there are lots of good food choices (at NFL prices) and some history too. It's built into the old Hudson's warehouse which is pretty historic. There is plenty of parking in ramps or surface lots."
