"What a gem for Dubuque County. Excellent hard-packed walking, jogging and biking trail. Jump on at Heritage Pond and head west toward Dyersville Some 25 miles + through some really nice picturesque countryside and with plenty of wildlife, especially in the early morning. Note that along the way, there are a number of places to park and jump on the trail. Quiet and peaceful ride for sure. Nice work Dubuque County."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our time on this trail. Parked at Epworth Access and biked to the 1872 Bridge (past Durango Access). Even surface (only one very short hill) of crushed limestone made for a pleasantly invigorating trip through gorgeous Iowa countryside. Highly recommend! BE SURE to pay the access fee of $2.00. Truly, a bargain price for this wonderful experience."
