"An absolutely beautiful venue! I was attending an event here, and although I have noticed the signage on my travels through Dubuque, I felt more comfortable using Google Maps to make sure I was going in the right direction. Parking was on the street; I was fortunate to find something on the same block as I did arrive about 15 minutes early. The building used to be the St Mary's Catholic Church which had shut down and has now been revitalized into a sort of community/event center from what I can tell. My hosts claimed their were approximately 200 people at our event, just to give you an idea of seating capacity.
