"Dubuque’s landmark! The town clock is a neat addition to downtown Dubuque. While there isn’t really anything else about it, it is neat to check out! Often times, there are people enjoying their lunch in the plaza and sometimes some live music! During the warmer months, many outdoor concerts happen here and they shut the block down."
