"Hiking the Eno River State Park is one of the most interesting hikes one can do around Orange and Durham County, if not the best. The labyrinth of trails takes one up and down and in some parts overlooking some incredible rock formations and stunning river views.
The Eno River trail system is a favorite because it's so much more than initially meets the eye. A lot of people spend a few minutes along one section and don't get the full experience.
There are many swimming spots along the river, like Bobbitt Hole and Turtle Hole.
In summer days, I spend time hiking for a chance to photograph plants, birds, and wild animals."
