Some note that while it's a historic Quaker site, the interior is intentionally unadorned, which might differ from expectations of a traditional church.

"Very humbling to worship in the most historic meeting house in America with such kind and compassionate people."

Thom Price

"I am a Philadelphia Quaker. I went to Plymouth Friends School. I returned to be a teacher at Plymouth Friends School. I was married under the auspices of my Meeting. My father's family came over to America in 1745 to escape religious persecution and we have been Friends since then. And here is what I know to be true - QUAKER MEETING HOUSES DO NOT HAVE ANY RELIGIOUS PARAPHERNALIA ON THE WALLS. NO STATUES OF JESUS AND CERTAINLY NOT A MINISTER!

It is a lovely old building but it is not a truly Quaker space."

Margaret Lynch

"Beautifully preserved historic quarter meeting host in lovely shady grounds. Worth a short visit when in Easton."
