Anyone know of a place where a kid can wade in a stream or river?
Spring creek that feeds Arcadia. The walking trails by Integris on 35 has easy access. I saw quite a few people in the stream last month while riding my bike. My check with city of Edmond parks department or the lake office if they have any sort of classes/learning activities.
Visiting from KC again; any good walking trails indoors or outdoors?
Hi! I'm back in your fair city for an extended stay and I need to walk off a couple (dozen?) Christmas cookies. Besides walking inside a mall, what do you recommend? I don't have (or want) a gym membership, but I'm up especially for outdoor trails when the weather is 40β¦

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally love Spring Creek Park Arcadia Lake for its spaciousness, pet-friendly areas, and excellent picnic facilities. The paved trails and fishing opportunities are also frequently praised. Some find the 'storybook forest' to be seasonal and less appealing without its attractions, and the camping toilets are noted as basic.
"I loved this park, will definitely be going back. You do have to pay to get in, i think its 5-10$ but it was well worth it. There was a nice open picnic area for my dog to comfortably play fetch and another picnic area where she could swim. It has a beach area for families that isn't pet friendly but plenty of other spots in the park that are. I also enjoyed how much space there was between the tables so I could let her comfortably run around without crowding anyone else. Also the picnic tables at the front of the park have either fish tables or cooking slabs by the tables which i thought was really cool if you want to have a cookout. They have easy access bathrooms all over the park (nice ones) and good parking around the picnic areas. I was so sad the storybook forest wasn't a year round attraction, it is a cute little walk through the woods but without the attractions it wasn't anymore special than a walk to the store."

"Lots of area to walk and explore from trails to beaches to the fishing dock. Grills are station around. There were picnic tables and bathrooms etc. There was wildlife out in the open grazing"
