"We stayed for only 1 night. While the service was wonderful and the hotel is beautiful, there were a couple of things that could have been approved upon, however, these are just personal preference. First, the bed was entirely too soft and the sheets were somewhat stiff. It looked beautiful but was not "soft & cozy". Secondly, the thermostat in our room did not seem to be working properly. While we like it very cool, we had it set at 66. During the night the temp of our room went up to 70 and the AC never seemed to kick on. While it was warm, it wasn't so bad that we couldn't sleep. But for what we paid for the room we expected it to be comfortable. While we were only there one night, we did not bring this to the staff's attention as we came in late after driving all day and dinner and left fairly early the next morning and weren't actually asked how everything was."

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every regard, making my experience particularly pleasant.
My room was very spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was also generous in size and modern. I was especially pleased with the high-quality coffee machine in the room, which was fully stocked, along with the constant supply of two bottles of water – a nice touch!
The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the lobby is beautifully and invitingly designed. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and truly satisfying. However, the highlight was definitely the terrace on the 17th floor, which offered breathtaking views!
A huge compliment to the entire staff, whose friendliness and professionalism made my stay unforgettable. I am already looking forward to my next visit!"
