"What an incredible place and the view from the top is just nothing short of stunning! Not only the journey up Route 15 to the shrine and grotto, but the walk through the gardens with the stations of the cross as well as many places to stop and pray to the Saints before you get to the actual grotto… it was just magnificent. On the way back down the path, we stopped and fill containers with the holy water that had been blessed. Plan on making a day of it, make sure to bring water, plenty of water and some snack, snacks or lunch and catch the view."

"The Grotto of the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is a special place for prayer. ❤️
I went with family and friends, everyone loved visiting the sanctuary.
I scheduled myself to attend the mass on Saturday at 12:00 PM. It was a wonderful moment. The priest made a blessed homily.
I recommend to go and meet and practice worship and mass.
It has a store with several souvenirs to buy as a souvenir or give as a gift to someone special."

"I'm not Catholic, but my trip here was amazing. I was driving and decided to stop after seeing the sign. There weren't any other people there, so the place was silent and free for me to walk around. There are a lot of trails with statues along the way to aid you in your prayers, including many which are fairly secluded in the woods. Also has a nice gift shop where I bought some very fragrant incense!"
