"If we had dogs and kids and lived close to Encinitas Viewpoint Park, you better believe you would find us here every day! This park was so great! Clean, pretty views from the top hill, and the playground is fenced in for saftey from dogs and the road. We came in the evening and it was almost all shaded because the hill on the west side of the park built a barrier from the sun. I would have given this a higher rating if there were bathrooms.
