"There is plenty of parking on their surface lot. However, the ticket booth is closest to the entrance. Everyone that works there are friendly and helpful. I flew off the snowtube at the end and as soon as I stood up, a worker asked me if I was okay. I super appreciated his concern. I wish there was water stand closer to the snowtubing but other than that, I had a blast!"

"First time here. Purchased online to save $5 and to guarantee occupancy as it may sell out. They are part of the Vail resort so they use the epic card system. My advice to any ski resort is get there early. Ride and ski the runs before they get choppy. Arrived at 9am. Very good parking already filled. No lines at ticket pick up. 4yrs and below ski free. There was live music at 2pm on a Saturday ( Martin Luther King Jr day weekend). Food was ok. Others' chili bowl looked delicious."
