"The Lift Bridge Operator Tuesday morning was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, an all-around good guy! We have stayed here many times but had never had a face-to-face with an LB Operator. We will be back!"
Margo Underwood
"I do not know of any place around here that has a bridge quite like this one. With a motor the bridge is lifted up via pulleys so that boats may pass underneath. It is really neat to be outside your car walking while this is happening. Make sure to go down the street to see the trains go by as well. Fairport is a unique place to be and especially beautiful in the warm season."
