What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find the Children's Museum of Fall River to be a fun and engaging place for young children, with many praising the interactive exhibits like the space playground and medical room. The affordable pricing and free parking are significant draws. However, some reviews mention limited staff presence and that older children might find the exhibits less captivating.
"The kids had a great time exploring the many different rooms at the Children’s Museum! Their favorites were the music room, the doctor room and the space explorer-themed indoor playground. Some of the other kids were playing a little rough/wreckless in the indoor playground area, however, and the rooms don’t seem to have much employee presence at all so you do have to hope the fellow parents are actually parenting. We also noticed that the outdoor playground has an open gate near the road, so definitely be cautious with letting your kids roam too close to the outer portion of that area. We will definitely be back, though, especially for some of their special events like Gabby’s Dollhouse and Paw Patrol days."

"Cute little museum best suited for toddlers/smaller kids…my almost 10 year olds were ready to leave within 30 minutes of arrival. Their favorite was the music room."

"I have to say I had a horrible experience at this children's museum for my kids 3rd birthday this past weekend. I paid extra money to have the party after they close so they only had a couple staff working which wasn't a big deal because we didn't need help with anything. I paid only $400 for 2 hours here. From 4-6. They shut down one of the main rooms at 5:15 and a lot of the stuff that there is to do was not working. The staff seems nice at first helpful till the end when it wasn't even 6 yet and they were kicking the kids out of the rooms they were playing in. They just came in shut the lights off and said it's time to leave. Every light was out by 6. They were very rude when it came to 5:30. For the money this place was NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Save your money and go somewhere else for a party. I do not recommend this place at all. I am very disappointed and sad for my kids birthday. My son was crying because he was playing at a sand table at the front door and they shut it down at 5 of and said it was time to leave."
