"We got to the place the room was set up. When I removed the table cover they had put bc I had my owe the table was disgusting full of cake from the last party. The floors were dirty had to ask for them to be cleaned, gum on the seats. When my son went to sit down there was a screw on the seat had to ask for all of the seats to be cleaned the walls are so filthy there was even a hole in the wall luckily we moved the birthday table to the other side of the room and we covered the whole in the wall with the backdrop. Im highly upset that we had to pay extra to stay longer in the room when we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The floor was mopped with water only bc there was no type of smell of mopping liquid which still left the floor filthy.I would not recommend doing your party here. Staff are very friendly my son had fun but us paying an extra $200.00 and something for 1 extra hr is unbelievable. The view was horrible"
