Good fishing spots in Fishers?
I have re-discovered fishing this year and have been hitting up the Cheeney Creek Natural Area with some success, my question is are there any other good spots in Fishers that don't require a boat and what are you catching there?
What’s one thing you wish you’d discovered earlier
Wife and I with our 17 month old just moved here a couple months ago. Now that we are settled we are looking to explore a lot more. Interested to hear what people wished they discovered earlier whether it’s a restaurant/park/etc.
📸 Perfect photo ops
Ideal for family sessions and scenic shots, especially during quieter times. 📷
♿ Wheelchair accessible hill
The sledding hill features ramps for easy access, making it inclusive for everyone. ♿
Bank fishing
Anyone have any decent bank fishing spots you’d recommend? I’m from the sticks and used to farm ponds with decent sized large mouth but just looking to catch anything around here at this point. Thanks in advance!

There's a bonus sledding hill for the winter so guess who's coming over again? Me!
The park has nicely maintened trails and some elevated towers that can double as picnic spots for the family. It's a fun location for a good evening out. Enough room to be socially distant.
The icing on the cake is that the hill is wheelchair friendly. A series of gradient ramp from the parking lot to the top so everyone can indulge in nature. Definitely worth a visit."
