What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sky Zone is widely praised for its energetic atmosphere and diverse activities, making it a hit for families and adults alike. Many reviewers highlight the exceptional customer service from specific staff members who go above and beyond. However, some guests have expressed frustration with the clarity of the mandatory grip sock policy and occasional issues with older children not respecting younger ones.
"Disappointed in misleading “sock policy.”
I brought my family to Sky Zone Fort Myers and was told we couldn’t jump unless we bought Sky Zone–branded socks, even though we already had clean, non-slip trampoline socks from another park. When I questioned it, staff said it was “in the waiver,” but after reading the entire waiver myself, there’s no mention of a branded-sock requirement—only that participants follow posted safety rules.
It turns out the rule is hidden on their website FAQ, not stated clearly during online booking or at check-in, and it feels more like a forced purchase than a safety measure. If this is truly about safety or cleanliness, equivalent non-slip socks should be acceptable.
I was disappointed that the staff wouldn’t make an exception or even acknowledge how unclear this policy is. It’s a small issue, but it leaves a bad impression when families already paying for jump time are forced to buy extra merchandise.
Sky Zone should be transparent about this policy before payment or check-in—especially when it’s a branded product requirement. I have attached a picture of the sign that clearly states “safety socks mandatory” not specific sky zone brand socks."

"Son loves coming at least once a week…it can be a bit busy on weekends after 11. Sometimes there’s older kids who have no regard for the little ones but so far we manage to come mostly during quieter times and he loves all the options they have for play. It is a bit pricey with a ticket for him and I to jump. Sometimes there can be a wait time but usually about 5 min or so."

"My grandson had fun. I was not a fan of such young adults running the place. I was told by the boy checking us in that my grandson's socks were fine to wear. Until an hour later, my grandson is told that he must buy their socks or leave. I go to purchase a pair of socks, which were $5.36. I gave the boy a $10 bill and 36 cents, and he refused to take the change. He told me that I had to get change out of the $10. I then told him, "No, you just owe me $5." He wasn't understanding me. He said this is the way he had to do it. Another boy next to him at another register says, "It really doesn't matter; why are we going cashless next week?"🤦♀️"
