Reviews Summary

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church is lauded for its stunning Gothic architecture and warm, welcoming community. Visitors praise the excellent children's programs and traditional worship services, with many highlighting the delicious seasonal breakfasts. However, a few reviews mention negative experiences with leadership and interpersonal dynamics.

"Me and my family have gone here for the past... six years now? I think we started coming in August 2018. We love the church, which is an ornate Gothic-style building almost big enough to be a cathedral. The services are performed in a traditional, very low-church setting, following the 1928 BCP. The kids and youth programs are manned by people who really know what they're doing. The clergy is composed of three(as of writing, sadly soon to be two as our amazing curate moves on to another church.) of the most talented and God-fearing men I know of, and they sure as heck know what this is about. And they serve breakfast in autumn, winter, and spring, and it's always something great to eat."

"I am writing this with a heavy heart because our family faithfully attended this church for many years and it just never felt right. The leadership was more focused on promoting themselves and a few select minions. I personally witnessed numerous marriages and relationships dissolve with staff and others encouraging strife and suffering. You have been warned, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place."

Brian

"Beautiful historic building, excellent programs for kids that immerse them in the Word, and a warm, welcoming church family. We started attending here about six months ago when we moved to Texas and we feel so lucky to have landed with such a great church home."
