"Overall very impressed and pleased. We stayed 2 nights (Thursday and Friday) in November. The pool area was well kept and clean, and had plenty of options that kept our 11 and 13 year old daughters engaged and having a good time throughout. They particularly enjoyed the 4 slides, 2 lazy rivers, and the hot tubs. We ordered a burger poolside one afternoon and it was delicious, was not expecting it to be as good as it was. Did the buffet breakfast at Elf Hollow both mornings, food options and quality were great for the price. We stayed in the newer rooms, and they were very nice and the water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve ever seen in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Proximity to Bronners couldn’t have been better since they basically share a parking lot. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with kids."

"Initially had an issue where I was forced to buy additional swimming bracelet at check in even though i told them before booking the place and stated my wife has no plan to go to the water park and they said that is not an issue. But the day of the check in an associate at the desk stated I will have to get it. I didn’t want to make an issue so got it. The next day at check out I gave them back the unused bracelet and explained the situation again. The other person at the counter was very professional and informed they credit it back. Overall besides that incident overall experience was good. Definitely will visit again as liked the European vibe and surroundings. The new renovated rooms are nice"
