"This is the 24th state/provincial capitol building we have visited and glad we did today. Effective August 19, 2025, the building will be closed for a multi-year renovation - call before visiting! A beautiful building is in need of some tender loving care and most of the displays and furniture were packed up and scaffolding up on the exterior. But the soul of the building is beautiful. Did a self-guided tour and basically had the building to ourselves."

Walked around the grounds but couldn't find an entrance for visitors, despite the fact that visitors were supposed to be allowed to visit. Perhaps another time."
