"Been here a couple times now and I'm always impressed by the new finds and the commitment to local history and the commitment to the community through this museum. I'm always impressed by the owners complete and detailed understanding of the facility and can give it to you quickly and in an enjoyable fashion. The place is great to spend some time and enjoy this diamond in the rough. It did not look like much, but it is well worth a 15 minute stop. A great place to get some small Civil War historic items for the kids at good price. Don't forget to sign the guestbook!"

"The guy that runs this place knows what he is talking about and it is very interesting! Go visit its free, pretty quick, and lots of history. He also sells some artifacts to help with costs along with donations. They were recovering from the river flooding so the basement was covered in mud."
