"I like Amtrak but they really need to enforce the noise from people’s phones! Every time I take Amtrak someone is playing their show LOUD with zero concern for fellow travelers.
I take Amtrak to relax and enjoy the scenery and inevitably someone decides to watch their show at full volume. I’ve asked several times to have the Amtrak staff to ask these people to lower their noise-they do tell them to lower it but it should be if you are not using headphones you cannot turn your noise on at all. Like Amtrak needs to be strict about this rule and strictly enforce it for everyone.
I’m getting to the point where I’d rather just fly than take Amtrak because the airlines strictly enforce a headphone rule while Amtrak is very lax about noise from devices.
Amtrak should strictly enforce rules of respect for other passengers. I don’t want to be stuck on a train for hours listening to someone else’s noise especially when I’m trying to enjoy the scenery.
If this lack of noise enforcement continues I’m just gonna go back to flying."

As long as you are capable of understanding that it's NOT GREYHOUND! 😆 people using Greyhound, trying to waltz into Amtrak and get mad or give a bad review when they are told "no" to using the Amtrak station restroom. It really isn't difficult to comprehend that most places require you to be a customer of that establishment in order to use their services. Only other issue is the homeless and tweakers running rampant, but that's not an Amtrak fault, that is a city/state fault."

"The inside of the station is clean, with air conditioner, clean benches and clean bathrooms (you do have to ask them to unlock the bathrooms as they are for customers only). The outside of the station is a whole different story, dirty benches, trash on the floor and homeless people roaming around or sleeping on the benches. As for the customer service, from what I witnessed from seeing other customers in line, the customer service is as unpredictable as a lady's mood lol, it seems as if you are in a good mood and are nice to them you'll get the same treatment back but if you are moody and complaining you best believe they won't have much tolerance. So I suggest walking in those doors with your best actitud lol"
