There were only 4 seats open, they tried to fit 5 people in. Almost caused a fight because the people they tried to bring over weren't satisfied. Ruined the opening for Breaking Benjamin trying to get them to knock it off. They moved somewhere else. I'm very disappointed in that security guard for doing that. Other than that, everything else was great!"

"I attended the Zach Williams concert on Thursday, October 10th, 2025, and was extremely disappointed by the event staff and security’s handling of a serious situation in our row. A woman continuously berated a disabled man who was simply trying to stand up, his body was partially paralyzed, and he accidentally touched her while trying to use the chair as leverage to get himself up. Despite his clear physical limitations and repeated apologies, she turned around and screamed at him four or five times, yelling in his face at the top of her lungs.
I finally stepped in and told her to stop, reminding her that we were at a Christian concert and her behavior was ruining the experience for everyone around her. She then turned her aggression toward me and my fiancé as well. The man was visibly shaken and in tears, and instead of intervening appropriately, the security guards told him to stop touching her. I explained to the staff that she was the one instigating and verbally harassing him, yet they still did nothing to protect him or de-escalate the situation.
To make matters worse, the woman later involved the police and appeared to misrepresent what happened. At that point, my fiancé and I decided to leave early because the situation had become so upsetting.
The staff needs better training on conflict resolution, empathy, and how to appropriately handle incidents involving individuals with disabilities. Watching a disabled man be publicly humiliated and receiving no support from staff was heartbreaking and unacceptable. This should never happen again, especially at a Christian concert meant to uplift and unite people."
