"Very nice, clearly marked trails and beautiful scenery! The trails aren't very long, but it's a great walk/light hike nonetheless and worth the trip. Make sure you go to the chapel in the woods (little red building and benches) as it has a lookout of the lake. Also, if you like to stop and check out the forest floor, there's a lot of moss, fungi, and lichen that seem interesting to study. (Make sure you don't remove them, though!) The different sections of this wilderness area seem to be populated with different types of mosses and you will see many on your walk. This is a perfect stop on the way to Little Big Econ, where you could spend the entire day 🌲"

"This is a beautiful place for some quick hikes with a fishing pier near the trailhead. A little longer hike will take you to the very scenic Econlockhatchee River."
