"I bought a Scarab boat from Melissa back in 2021, and Melissa was the greatest salesperson I've dealt with in a while. She was so helpful, so accommodating, and a real good deal breaker. However, the service department has been nothing but a farce. I've had issues with the boat, I've contacted Melissa, Melissa has forwarded my emails and copied in the service department, but they never responded, they never reply to her. When I call them, they tell me, "Okay, we'll get back to you. we'll get back to you," but they literally never get back to me. It's the most useless service department I have ever encountered in my life. I'm extremely disappointed with their service department. It's all well and good when you sell a boat, but to keep a customer happy and a relationship going is totally different thing, Fays Boat Yard does not seem to know how to do that or maybe they just don't want to do that. I wouldn't recommend this dealership, and I will never be buying a boat from them again. Now is that time where I need to buy a new boat, and it's not going to be Fays Boat Yard."

"The wife and I recently bought a boat up in Laconia and found this hidden gem to launch our boat out of. Not over packed like other boat launches up in the lake's region. Reasonably priced, and easy access going in and out of the launch. We were there recently to do a day trip and found that our battery had drained. The staff that came to help us was excellent. They checked everything out for us and found that the battery had drained. We had a few friends up with us who we wanted to take out on the lake for the day to enjoy. Put us in a total panic, but Ralph and another coworker got us up and running in no time! They even lent us their battery pack to take on the water, just in case! We're looking to get in there to store and winterize our boat."
